Since taking ownership in 2024, Megan and Alan Waters have transformed the century-old store into a warm, welcoming destination that celebrates great food, local produce, and genuine country hospitality.
Visitors love the café’s barista coffee, hearty country breakfasts, and famous Linville Loaded Cookies. With the warmer months rolling in, guests can now relax and cool off in the comfort of air-conditioned dining, making it the perfect place to unwind after a rail-trail ride or road trip.
There’s always something new to tempt the taste buds — from homemade vanilla slice and gourmet sourdough toasties to daily specials featuring fresh local ingredients and plenty of flavour. For e-bike riders, there’s even a dedicated charging station to top up your battery before continuing your journey.
More than just a café, Linville Store & Café proudly supports local farmers, producers, and community events, helping showcase everything that makes Linville such a special place to visit. Many trail maps mark Linville as a strategic rest point, with the Linville Store & Café having its own BVRT map out the front to help customers and visitors plan their stops while taking a breather and enjoying a coffee.
