Harcourts Connections celebrated the official opening of its new Ningi shop on Friday, August 29, with locals enjoying a morning of light refreshments, family-friendly activities, and giveaways.
Formerly known as Acreage and Lifestyle Property, the rebranded business is now led by business owner and licensed agent Angela Le Fevre. The transition to Harcourts Connections marked not just a new chapter for the business, but also a continuation of a proud family legacy.
Angela’s sister, Carolyn, who previously led the business, officially passed the reins with a symbolic handover of her long-kept NIN6I license plates. “I bought the plates off a client after selling a house, and I’ve carried them for nine years,” she said. “They were a symbol of one of my first big acreage sales. Now, I’m passing them over to Ange, as she leads the business into its next era.”
While the name on the door may have changed, the team’s mission remains steadfast: to help locals buy, sell, or seek expert advice with care, knowledge, and integrity. “Our identity, our beliefs, and our roots remain firmly the same,” Angela said. “We’ve always been about people and property — now, with even more support behind us. This opening event was not just about opening the doors to our new office, it was about showcasing the hard work, dedication, and energy that our team has put in to get here.”
Harcourts co-owner and business partner, Robbie Loforo, congratulated Angela on her achievement and new office. “I believe in her and I’m very proud of her,” he said. “It’s so cool to see this all happening and it’s everything she’s worked for.”
