Bellmere lots sold out within days
THE first stage of Bellmere’s latest residential project, Currawong Place, has already sold out, with all 40 lots purchased by leading builders within days.

The $20 million development will eventually deliver 54 lots across 4.63ha in the fast-growing Waraba precinct, identified as one of South East Queensland’s key growth corridors and projected to house more than 70,000 people.
McNab Head of Property Development, Andrew Hay, said the rapid sale of all 40 lots in the first release, along with recently granted Development Approval and completed site settlement, demonstrates strong momentum for the project, with civil works set to begin later this month.
“Median house prices in the Caboolture region have risen by 11 per cent over the past year, reflecting just how strong buyer interest is in this part of South East Queensland,” he said.
Lot sizes range from 283sqm to 1,144sqm, with house and land packages expected to start from $730,000.
Currawong Place residents will enjoy close access to shopping centres, schools, parks, and essential services, with Waraba Bellmere Shopping Centre only five minutes away and Caboolture Hospital less than 15 minutes from home. Commuters will benefit from easy access to major transport links, including Caboolture Train Station, approximately ten minutes away, and Bruce Highway upgrades that will improve connectivity to Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and the Sunshine Coast.
Civil construction works are expected to commence next month, with project completion anticipated by June 2026.
