This year’s event is set in stone for Saturday, July 13, starting at 10am.

There will be 11 tattoo and bike show categories as well as stalls, raffle prizes and live music, while merchandise will also be on offer.

Funds will be raised for the Bellthorpe Rural Fire Brigade (RFB), after nearly $50,000 was raised for other RFBs across the first three years.

A VBSMC spokesperson said the club was keen for the event to continue to build, while it was about bringing the community together.

“It’s important to support groups like the RFB because being a rural firefighter is a challenge in more ways than one,” the spokesperson said.

“Rural firefighters often find themselves in very demanding and sometimes very dangerous situations, and they have a huge responsibility which shouldn’t be underestimated.

“They don’t always receive the thanks they deserve, so this is our way of showing that we appreciate them.

“We also encourage the community to join us in showing their support for the RFB.

“Even if tattoos and motorbikes aren’t your thing, it’s a very community-focused event which has something for everyone.”

A gold coin donation will be the cost for general entry, while the cost to take part in the show will be $10 per category.

Any business or individual who would like to come on board for sponsorship or raffle items can contact Peter on 0450 773 250.
