The group offers a range of free services to those undergoing treatment, including transportation to appointments and treatments, as well as house cleaning and garden maintenance for patients living in Kilcoy and surrounding areas.

This year, the group has been generously supported by donations from the Kilcoy Campdraft Committee, Kilcoy Craft Market, and Kilcoy RSL. In previous years, contributions have also come from community organisations including the Kilcoy Lions Club, C & K Kilcoy Community Kindergarten, Kilcoy Hopetoun Freemason Lodge No. 172, The Exchange Hotel, Peries IGA Kilcoy, Kilcoy Campdraft Committee, and Kilcoy Craft Market.

“Our volunteers provide a wonderful service to the community,” the group said. “If you would like to volunteer as a driver, please reach out to us.”

Meetings are held at the Kilcoy RSL Sub Branch rooms on the third Tuesday of each month at 10am, where everyone is welcome to join for a cuppa and a chat.
