Moreton Bay Red Ride postponed
The Moreton Bay Red Ride has been postponed to May 28, after being scheduled for this Saturday (May 14).
Rain and flooded areas in Moreton Bay this week ensured the event could not proceed as planned, with the ride intended to start and end at Woodford and include routes to Redcliffe, Strathpine, Samford, Dayboro and Mount Mee.
The May 28 ride will start and end at the Caboolture Showgrounds, rather than the Woodford Showgrounds.
In its second year, the Moreton Bay Red Ride focuses on preventing and raising awareness of domestic violence.
