Organised by Parkinson’s Queensland, the event promises to empower participants with essential information, support, and a strong sense of community by connecting with others, learning more about the condition, and sharing experiences.

Scheduled for Saturday, November 2, at the Morayfield Community Uniting Church, the seminar will feature an expert panel including Dr Robert Adam, who will discuss advanced treatments for Parkinson’s and the nuances of atypical Parkinsonism.

Dr Robyn Lamont will share her latest research findings on the significant role of exercise in managing the condition.

Additionally, representatives from Dance for Parkinson’s will demonstrate the benefits of movement, while Parkinson’s Queensland will provide crucial information about available support services.

Registration is necessary, with limited places available.

Those interested should preferably register by 9 am on Friday, October 25, but exceptions can be made for registrations early next week.
