Paddling in high spirits
Dragon boat racing on the Pumicestone Passage is a unique experience that everyone should try at least once.
The sport is low impact, requiring no running or jumping, and experienced coaches will teach participants how to tap into their personal power. The energy comes entirely from the paddlers, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Dragon boating also provides a wonderful opportunity to break down barriers, improve team dynamics, and foster a sense of community.
Key benefits include:
Accessibility: Dragon boat racing is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, making it an inclusive activity where everyone can participate.
Unique Experience: The novelty and excitement of dragon boat racing provide a memorable experience that sets it apart from typical team-building exercises.
Team Achievement: Working together toward the common goal of reaching the finish line enhances team morale and is a powerful motivator, especially when teams walk away with a trophy.
