Pair arrested over attempted murder
Police have arrested two Moreton Bay residents on charges relating to the attempted murder of a Brisbane woman at Zillmere on Sunday night.
Detectives took a 19-year-old Morayfield man and an 18-year-old Caboolture South woman into police custody on Wednesday afternoon.
The man was later charged with one count each of attempted murder, unlawful use of motor vehicle, robbery, attempted robbery and enter dwelling with intent. He was denied bail and is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court today.

Officers were called to Handford Road just after 11pm Sunday night, where they located the injured 23-year-old woman. She was transported to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment.
