Seniors motivated to movement to music
THE very popular Movement to Music is again being offered at Toogoolawah, with a new ten-week term starting on August 16. Classes begin at 9.15am and run for 50 minutes, on consecutive Mondays.
“These classes offer seniors a convenient way to stay active, where having fun is more important than getting all the moves right,” said Cr Cheryl Gaedtke, who is a representative on Council’s Regional Arts Development Committee.
Seniors who haven’t attended in the past are encouraged to join.
Classes fill quickly, so register early to avoid disappointment.
