Tiny homes and big creativity
The fan-favourite Tiny Home Competition is making a comeback at the 2025 Kilcoy Show, once again sponsored and organised by Ray White Kilcoy. Young entrants are invited to craft a tiny home using any materials—whether Lego, leaves, cardboard, or clay—as long as the creation fits within the size of an A4 sheet of paper.
With great prize money available across three age groups, the contest promises to ignite creativity and highlight the talents of local “mini master builders.”
Last year’s entries drew crowds and praise, and this year’s display in the Gray/Hollworth Pavilion is expected to be even bigger—or rather, smaller—and better. The competition is just one way Ray White Kilcoy demonstrates its strong community spirit. Since opening its office in 2019, the agency has made record sales in Kilcoy and beyond.
Led by local experts Samantha Hemple, Sam Jordan, and Neville King—all third-generation Kilcoy residents—the team is deeply connected to the town and proud to give back. Entries should be delivered to the Ray White Kilcoy office by July 24.
