realestate.com.au announced on August 27 that they have created a new AI-generated styling tool, which allows users to digitally renovate property images.
Powered by Roomvo, the room visualization feature is available on desktop and as an app for loggedin property owners.
It has already been used to restyle over 500,000 property images in the first month since launching.
Users have access to 11 different preset styles to customize their homes, including modern, rustic, or coastal.
Homeowners can also apply their own changes to walls, floors, and benchtops by selecting from various paint colours, flooring types, and tile options.
REA Group Executive General Manager, Consumer Product, Jonathan Swift, said REA is working tirelessly to create unique ways to enhance and personalize your renovation experience.
